Anyone try any of his reccomendations?

It's hard not to try when you hear him rave. But I tried Forskolin and it made me so sick. I tried again thinking it was maybe something else but it made me sick again. It's going back.

I see some others had a bad reaction too.

I will try the old fashioned way with counting calories.

I don't have much to lose but he makes these products sound so helpful!

I think the guy is just a quack scam artist so I don't buy any of his stuff.but I know he makes his stuff hard to resist!

He and Dr. Phil are two quacks.

Dr. Oz did say something once that made sense...he eats the same breakfast & lunch every day. By cutting down on choice, he has cut down on thinking too much about food.

I think that's a great idea!

Makes me so sad the route Dr. Oz is currently on. Such a renowned physician, but unfortunately...as the saying goes..."follow the money trail". All of his quick recommendations are lining the pockets of many without the intense research. His shows are just becoming "supplement de jour".

He doesn't sell diet products.

Or any products.

He doesn't sell anything, adorable comments from "the experts" notwithstanding.

True. He doesn't sell products and I notice he has an active campaign against the products trying to illegally put his name on their ads.
