The Lantus is not supposed to peak at all, but there is some research indicating that it actually does have a peak at around the 6 hour time frame. If you can, try taking a blood sugar reading then.

I usually wake up at 4..I will try that monday morning. Then I'll see my doctor around 11, but honestly, I'm sure between Dr. Bernstein and you, we'll figure it out~ It was 140 this morning.Darn!

Wow, there are a lot of views! I don't know Cat, there are others that know alot more then I do. I wanted to do this before, but I didn't get many responses. I really like it because I've learned so much. If you have any ideas about a thread, please lmk~ You are so knowledgeable! I know I would be reading it every day..!

Wow, there are a lot of views! I don't know Cat, there are others that know alot more then I do. I wanted to do this before, but I didn't get many responses. Cat, I totally agree! I have learned so much from these women, its been so helpful! I google all the time too..looks like we're both into research, lol. Knowledge is power! Thanks for the site!
