Here I am home from the hospital the day after my second cervical fusion and up all night with pain. Taking way too much pain meds but I guess that's what they are for. This time they went in from the back because the neck was not stable from the first time when they went in from the front. I don't remember being in this much pain the first time. Anyone know how long it will take to feel better? I've been in severe pain for 7 years, so I have a pretty high tolerance, but this is ridiculous! I was worried about getting weaned off of pain meds before - now I'm taking more than I did before! Thanks for listening!
