Mine only breaks out now on chin and that is rare.
i have found that my breakouts are sure to come on if I eat chocolate or nuts. HTH

Mat I suggest you ry beta carotene , It is a derivative of vitamin A that is easily absorbed by the body and any excess is excreted out in your urine unlike regular vitamin A which is stored by the bodyy , You can take too much vitamin a .Beta caroteneis safe and I reccomend you take the dose recommended on the bottle. This will help your skin , Sometimes the doctors overlook the obvious
