SETTING YOUR PREFERENCES

You can customize how you want the community content shown to you by editing your Preferences. The first thing you want to do is sign in to the community and scroll down to Edit My Preferences under Quick Links on the left side. From there you can set your Preferences the following ways:

 

Changing Topic order from oldest first to newest first or to change the number of Topics/posts on a page:

 

Click on Linear Layout Settings

  • Choose sorting order – oldest or newest first
  • Choose posts/topics per page – change the numbers up to 50 per page> click Save

To permanently change font size:

 

Click on Display

  • Scroll to Text Size and choose your preferred size and click SAVE.

Click on Privacy to change who can see your online status

 

We do not recommend changing any settings in the Topic Layout as the experience is somewhat confusing.
