Thanks for the alert. I could use another comb, but I'm not sure what seasonal CC I'd order. I still have my SOB gallon I got on AD last year and I've never tried SHL. SGGT works ok on my hair but I love SOB. Maybe I'll just try the SHL?

With yesterday's ODO, I'm well stocked up on two of my faves (SOB and SGGT). 

I picked up the Spring Honey Lilac (HSL) trio because I don't have it. -- I could also use more Wen combs, cause I only have about six so far (I'm working on my first dozen). That Wen comb is amazing and I want one every place I can shake a stick.

This ODO is a great price and all the Seasonals work for my hair, so the SHL trio is a no brainer for me. -- I think it's a 50/50 gamble whether or not the SHL actually makes it to the presentation, so you may want to order it early if you decide to go with it.

Hi everyone, 

As most of you have noticed, over the past few months, a large number of Wenners seemed to stop receiving their Wen Alerts... which include the very time sensitive One Day Only (ODO) special offer alerts. 

The QVC customer service department was looking into this to try to fix this glitch. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to check in with them this past month due to other obligations I have had. -- They're going to check into it further but for now, the only way I can seem to put the notifications through (so that everyone receives them) is to type each name in manually (I didn't have to do this before). 

It's a bit time consuming, but I've blocked out time for it so it's all good. -- Unfortunately, because there are so many Wenners on the list, the folks at the end of the alphabet sometimes get their notifications much later. 

Because of this, next week I'm going to revamp the Wen Notifications Alert List so that folks who participate in the forum are listed first. 

All I'm trying to do is make sure that people who are still using Wen are listed first, and will be the first to receive their Wen Notification Alerts. 

So if you don't happen to participate in the Wen forum regularly, then just send me a notification on this thread or the Wen - Notification Alerts List thread and let me know that you would like you name included in the "fast tracked" front section of the list.
