Spa-In-A-Box TSV

A few years ago, I ordered this product from another channel. I was so excited on the day it arrived. As my husband assembled it, I put on my bathing suit, eager to relax in my new hot tub. My husband informed me that I should come back in a day or so. The initial water temp in the tub was about 65 degrees and the temperature of the spa would only rise about 1 degree per hour. In addition, the noise coming from the spa was a little loud. The bottom cushion left about 2 or 3 inches between me and our paver patio. I ended up returning it. Packing it back up wasn't easy. Just wanted to share my experience.
