Reverse-a-brella Question

Thought maybe I should post separately from previous post:

Hi, Received my umbrella yesterday. Is the C handle on a tilt? Not sure if the box it came in was the right box. ir was cut, slanted and taped quite a bit to conform to the tilted handle. I cannot see it on QVc to check as it's sold out. Thank you in advance for your input.

No, the handle should not be tilted--it comes out straight from the umbrella rod just like any other handle, except it is shaped like a 'C'. It did have a strange triangular box with lots of tape, it looks like they had to cut and shape their own boxes to fit the umbrellas.

The new reviews that were posting yesterday were horrible, and now it's taken down. Just got it late yesterday and haven't opened the box yet.

Mine arrived yesterday. Both work as advertised.

No bend in the shaft.

They were both packaged in long triangular boxes.

I received both of mine last week and used one yesterday. it worked as advertised. No tilt and I appreciated not getting wet getting in/out of the car as well as walking into my bldg. I'm satisfied so far.

I ordered 2 Black/Black reverse-brellas. On for my car and one for DH's truck.

The arrived in 2 long triangle boxes with lots of tape.

The handles are straight up C looking - no tilt. Yours may be bent. ??

You could go to your Order Status Page and see a picture of the reverse-brella you ordered.

Looks like you have already decided to send back. They should not charge you S/H on a broken item, you may have to call CS and plead your case for NO S/H just an idea.
