Prices

I am a senior, but I have kids, and grandkids, I have shopped with this co, since the 80's, I realize that prices have gone up, but in the last 2 yrs, Most of the qvc products have taken the word increase to a new level. I have purchased bethelam light, price up quality dowm, I shop candle impressions, quality excellent price up, Northern nights, up. I have found some of these products elswhere, and cheaper. Don't even get me started on the shipping and handling. So are there any other people that agree, and how do we resolve this, without going to a no buy. Does QVC even read are gripes?
