TV and Movies

Had never seen this until a few nights ago.

It fits the description of "campy." I enjoyed this one.

The girl who played the lead is now the woman running for political office (mayor?) in the TV series "American Gothic." (Hard to believe because she doesn't look the same at all.

This is a musical type of show featuring the Beatles songs and performed really well.

I enjoyed it also.  I lived through much of what is portrayed.

I thought it was very cleverly done with the Beatles songs woven through the story. Different & creative.

I liked this movie  too. I had the soundtrack.   Not trying to be a know-it-all ,but the lead in Across The Universe was played by Evan Rachel Wood. The Woman in American Gothic is Juliet Rylance.  Evan Rachel Wood is a good actress. I loved her  in Once And Again.

I liked this movie so much after seeing it in the theater, I bought it  when it came out on dvd.  I rarely purchase movies.

A magical movie. I saw it twice in the theater, bought the soundtrack, and then finally the DVD.
