Once Sharon is not so drugged won't she notice her body has not had a child especially since she has had several? Then surely she will at some point go to her gynocologist who would know she couldn't possibly have just had a baby.

In the real world, yes. But in the world of Y&R, they will play this story out for months. We all know this is really Sage's baby, but she won't want to see a newborn for some time, so it won't come out for a while.
