I have Comcast and have it, but it may depend on what plan you have? I know there are multiple plans.

I have Comcast in Florida. WE-HD  is Channel 455 here, if that helps anyone.

@colliemom4  I  have expanded basic. Just that costs me $150 a month with three set boxes....guess I can do without WE TV.....

@SeaMaiden There are always specials offered by Comcast ...call and see what they can do to lower your rates but give you more.I pay a little more than you for cable,phone and internet.

I'm not sure what expanded basic is called now as I don't see it listed as a choice.  But it's likely it is one of the lower end tiers and it's not available on your tier.

 I have digital starter and it's included in that tier and all tiers above it.
