I gave my son this book for Christmas about three years ago. Today he saw the movie-said it was great. Packed theater. He said at the end, everyone stood up and applauded!!! Ahhh, Louie, we hardly knew ye.

My dad was in it, too, qvcaddition. Battle of the Bulge. Never talked about it. He would have loved Louie.

Although I tired of the torture, it was a story that needed to be heard, known and told. Uplifting. Angelina Jolie apparently thought it needed to be told, too. (director)
