@golding76  I'm watching it now with DH. We have had it on TCM for several hours now since there have been several Christmas movies back to back.

My fave Christmas movie is "It Happened on 5th Avenue"

Mine, too.  I have the dvd....will be watching it soon.  A perfect Christmas movie!  Loretta Young was so beautiful!

I love how all the females "Dudley" encounters are drawn to him in a very.....human way, lol.  Because of course, it's Cary Grant!

No wonder the film wasn't working at first when Grant's and Niven's roles were reversed and they had to start all over again swapping roles.

Someone had the good sense to realize the spicy comedic implications of Cary Grant playing an angel.  I just can't see any woman getting all worked up over David Niven, lol.
