Who saw the show last night?  It had Rick on there representing QVC.  I was wondering what some of you thought about it?

I've always known that they (QVC) have producers talking in their ear telling them what to say and do to manipulate the audience and get them to buy more.

However, I'm always surprised at how blatantly they show it.  I know they have grafts on how the audience is reacting and adjust their selling antics accordingly.  However, showing it and having the celebrities do it was very eye-opening.  

If I want something, I don't care what the seller says or does, either I buy it or I don't.  It's amazing to me how they manipulate the situation though.

It's part of the QVC tour.  They have monitors in front of the hosts and the hosts can see the same thing that's on the screens that the producers see.
