It has been my understanding that JD admitted to the inappropriate touching of his sisters, and the other young females.   I read nothing stating his actions went beyond the actual touching/fondling.

Josh did have a problem touching his sisters & a family friend but I think he was under 18yrs & JimBob made him go away for some counciling & treatment. That was all hush hush until Josh got caught meeting girls on-line for sex. Remember season 1, Duggars lived in the small house, sewed their own clothes, gave themselves hair perms and went to Goodwill for shoes? Be careful when you put your family on reality TV shows.

I think the Duggars think they can "pray away" Josh's problems...prayer is a wonderful thing but it will not cure someone of adultry or molestation issues!
