the show is on EPIX which we dont get with our xfinity package at this time.

Oh -- interesting! Until @sunshine45 mentioned his nickname, "Bumpy" Johnson, I didn't know who @Mz iMac was referring to.

@Mz iMac, and any others who enjoy the series, you might be interested in Helen Lawrenson's extremely entertaining tell-all memoir, "Stranger at the Party". She was a glamorous, high-profile writer and editor, who I think edited Vanity Fair and free-lance wrote for every publication imaginable.

She seemingly romanced everyone, including publishing magnate Conde Nast, among many, many others, and habituated high society of the time, worked and partied with Clare Boothe Luce etc. etc.

There's a whole chapter in her book about Bumpy Johnson, whom she also had a long romantic relationship with. She adored him, and I think testified on his behalf during some of his legal troubles.

It's an engrossing read!
