I just looked up what happened. So funny - what was in the shark's mouth? Did he have it for the entire "race"?

I've watched a few shows with that guy on the high wire, so I pretty much assumed this would be a lot of talk.

I just watched it.

I thought it was done really well and they made it exciting despite the fact that they had to simulate the shark racing beside Michael.

Watching Michael's strokes alone would have made it worth watching.  

The live shots of the sharks, esp. the great whites were some of the most spectacular I've seen!
