7/21/17: The Man Who Knew Too Much on TCM

[ Edited ]

Did you watch that old movie with Jimmy Stewart and Doris Day On Fri. night?

I sure enjoyed the suspense and it was not a typical movie for JS or DD.

It was directed by Alfred Hitchcock.

I watched it since I'm a Jimmy Stewart fan, but it's not the type of movie I'd watch a second time.

I watched Please Don't Eat the Daisies earlier in the day and saw Doris singing Que Sera, Sera, then watched this one and there she was, singing it again!

That is one of my favorite Hitchcock movies ever.  We have the DVD and watch it once a year.  It is so spell binding.  Also love Rear Window, Vertigo (Love!!) and the one with Grace Kelly and Ray Milland where Ray Milland is plotting to kill her (also stars Robert Cummings), I forgot the name even though I watch it whenever it is on.   No one can beat Hitchcock when it came to directing and suspense.
