When a caller makes a statement thats anything less than gushing

the host and vendors immediately go into a mode of utter shock and defensive maneuvers begin. They start rephrasing and wiggling and squirming and this look comes over their face. I am not talking about people calling and slamming an item, I am talking about people with itsy bitsy concerns or irritations or questions. Please keep it real and loosen up, it is so phony when this uncomfortable air comes over the set. I feel worse for the caller. Its as if the hosts and vendors thing they are stars, its just a buyer asking or commenting, I thought anyway.
