You all need to get with the 2000's and UPDATE your website so that making payments is easier if you want to make a payment earlier or ... you shouldn't have to go through 50 steps just to edit/make a payment ... the whole setup is RIDICULOUS!  its the one thing that makes me not want to order from you anymore .. its stressful navigating your website ........ its not just the payment sections, its the whole thing! yall need to hire a new web designer

I enjoy the QVC website and have no problem using all the options.

 

It is easy to pay in advance or change my payment choices.

 

I also appreciate the security features in effect to protect my payment processes.

 

Perhaps because you are a new user and unfamiliar with all the components is the reason you are having difficulty.

 

Of course, I remember the good old days when I used to call on the phone to order and be on hold for a while...
