I wish when we go with autoship on a TSV that we could have option as we approach the winter months of being able to order a lighter shade of makeup...Unless you happen to be lucky and have lots of sun or tan year round - we living in the northern climates tend to get paler in the winter months..

Have you logged into your auto-delivery order to see if you can change the shade for your next delivery, or called customer service to ask?

great idea - calling customer service. I normally just order fair - though in the summer I am a light or medium... I figure in VT we have more winter than summer! LOL.

@58Meezer You can indeed contact CS and ask if the shade on your auto delivery can be modified on the next shipment. You can also send me an email to
QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. with the order number if you would like me to try changing the shade on a previous order.
