A suggestion for Masterbuilt Turkey Fryers

I think it would be a great idea if you would expand the range of available temperatures from a low of 120 up to the highest range you currently have.  This would enable people to also use the unit as a sous vide cooker.  You already have a fabulous size available to us for that use.  As it is now, if I want to sous vide in my machine I have to just use the inner unit as the water bath, but if your heating unit were tweaked to accommodate that lower range it would greatly advance the way the unit can be used.  Sous Vide, Steam, Boil, Fry.
