@Trix Since you are from Chicago I truly believe that the Cubs deserved to win this award this year. I am from Boston and would have been disappointed if the Red Sox hadn't won in 2004 but it also wouldn't have surprised me either.
Of course, as I already said, what LeBron did for the city of Cleveland can't be ignored either but I still think that the Cubs deserved to win this year.

@Susan25, I respect your opinion. I'm more bothered by this being James' second award. Reason being legends to their sport, pop culture and society overall -- Muhammed Ali and Michael Jordan, were only honored once each. Serena Williams seems more worthy to have been a multiple honoree to me, yet 2015 was her first. I agree with the selection of Tiger Woods (twice) during his most dominating period.
