the purse forum or carol diva. has anyone used these websites?

I emailed caroldiva.com about authenticating a bag but have not received a response. I understand you can have a bag authenticated on the purse forum website too, but I find that website to be very confusing. it's kind of like makeup alley in it's format, which I think is very difficult to follow.

does anyone have any advice about having a bag authenticated from either of these sites?
