opinions needed on Sofft shoes/boots and Allegria

[ Edited ]

Hi ladies!

I am thinking of getting

Sofft Leather Wedge Ankle Boots - Salem mahogany

but i'd like your opinion on these. Comfort, fit, etc

Also, theAlegria Leather Printed Lace-up Ankle Boots - Eliza

Thank you!

I don't think I've ever ordered Sofft.  I now have 5 Alegrias - 2 sandals, 1 clog and 2 heels.  I have Morton's Neuroma on one foot and I have found Alegrias to be the best footbed for ME.  I think it's a very individual thing - whatever is most comfortable to YOU.

@Merciful One, I have boots from both brands.  My Sofft style is not the one you are asking about, but I have Alegria's Eliza.  I find both brands to be comfortable.  Sofft styles seem to fit more narrow than Alegria, so if width can sometimes be a concern for you the Alegria may be the best option.  I wear 7.5/Euro 38 in both brands.

Right now I'm recovering from a medical foot condition, and Alegria is one of the only brands in my closet which feels supportive enough for me to wear as I transition from medical issued orthopedic shoe. For whatever it's worth this situation escalates Alegria with me. I was really worried about footwear for the next couple months.

Thank you both for your input. Now my dilema is whether or not to get both!

I too have found Sofft to be a little narrow.

I thought it was just me, but the Sofft is narrow.  It's the only brand that has not fit me well in a regular width.
