What happened to my Atienne Aigner handbag??

I was reading reviews about the Today Special Atienne Aigner handbag. Most were very positive, a few not happy but over all the ladies were very pleased. I think that TSV was Jan. 31 or maybe Feb 1. Some received it in 3 or 4 days. I would like to know where mine is and why it seems some orders take so long to get to me. It takes the fun out of the whole experience, for sure. I am in Oregon and my bag is still in Illinois?
