After 11 pairs of orthaheel/Vionic, sandals, slippers, walking shoes, you absolutely must start making shoes with narrow widths. I would think a walking shoe might be a good place to start. I got theTourney in the floral blue on Friday...At first I thought I would have to send them back, but I wore a thicker sock, and tied them as tightly as I could to where there is a wrinkle at the bottom of the lace section. It pretty much works and I just love them, so I'm keeping them. The remains real problem is that the left heel slips up and down when I walk. Please help me. All my life I have had to make do with shoes of all types that don't fit properly. While I'm talking to you, how about a choice of arch heights (I have high arches), or just some kind of insert to put over the existing to give a person exactly what they, not sort of or pretty much, but exactly what they need.
