I bought a couple of Dooney's online, I returned them within the 90 day period, they emailed me last night a gift card for one of my returns (I guess the other one has not been processed yet)
1. I sent the item back for full refund on my CC and 2. the gift card they are giving me is for a lot less than what I paid and a lot less for what the price is online right now (currently on sale)
I really don't know how to go about it, I sent the packages three weeks before the 90 day period was over, I sent the bags back for a full refund not a partial gift certificate. The bags were unworn and wrapped like the day that they were sent to me.
I was going to call CS last night but I was too mad. Can I dispute this with my credit card? Any advice?
