I have sent a purse back and have yet to receive my refund It has been over a month got the run around I don't know how many times. I am so sick of this. Now I have to file a dispute with MY financial institution to get this $ back. So Frustrated. Waiting for a call back from the supervisor at QVC. Supposedly they investigated it and it says MY financial institution received it. I know I am not dumb and know how to read a statement of charges and refunds. Has anyone else had this problem?
