I do not buy expensive handbags -period. It's just not in the budget. So it's time for a winter bag and I need something rather large because I carry a lot of "stuff". In my closet sits a fairly large silver/glittery bag from Bath and Body Works that some fragrances came in a few Christmases ago. I put in a purse insert and viola! a nice handbag. Free! I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten on that bag-mostly from young women! So, ladies look in your closet and you might find a gem you didn't realize you had.
