Dooney trade-in letter - offering $0 credit?

Well, this is weird - dent in a black dillen satchel, only about 6 months old, to arrange for my first trade-in. My letter back says they are offering me a credit of $0 to apply towards the full retail price of one replacement item valued at $0.00 or greater. HUH? Oh, and there will also be a $7.50 shipping charge + tax incurred at the time I place my order. Will call tomorrow - sure hope this is a mistake! Anyone else ever have this experience?
