Dillard's on New Years Day

Has anyone talked to a sales associate at Dillards to find out for sure if they are having a New Year's Day sale? I have found over the last year or so that just because they have a sale one year on a certain day does not guarantee they will have the same sale the next year. Any one have any scoop?
