After a lot of thought and viewing the leather issue I returned them via UPS today. I called QVC this morning and explained my dissatisfaction and graciously they understood and apologized. The woman sent a memo to the corporate office, as well. I am being refunded the shipping, too.
I couldn't rest with the fact that these were expensive and I didn't even use one and checked each bag to find a tear in the leather by the ring. To repair them is ridiculous for this amount, so off they went this morning. The representative suggested USPS, but I returned a blouse that way and it took 12 days from NJ to PA! With UPS it will arrive Monday and my refunds are always prompt. Ladies, I would suggest returning the handbag if you notice this problem. If not now, it will probably begin to tear or crack soon.
