one plate cookie?

Does anyone remember the recipe for making a big cookie in a pie plate?  I think it was this summer and I wrote it down, but do you think I can find it now?  It may have been posted by @house cat???  You put everything in the plate and bake.  Super simple, totally my style. 

 

If I remember right, her son ate the whole thing?  Can anyone help me??
