Our dinner tonight will be turkey pot pie made from the leftover turkey breast and gravy from last night.

It's just me here....and I hang my head in shame in the face of all your wonderful dinners!  I'm going to cook a potato in the microwave and top it with some shredded cheese and lowfat sour cream.   Later if I'm still hungry I'll make a smoothie with almond milk and frozen fruit.

@alicedeeNo shame in potatoes...that was the 1st thing on my grocery list...lol

I've had "potato" many times for dinner when it's just me eating. The family would be complaining left and right, so "potato" is reserved for when they are off doing something....

Since it is Ground Hogs Day, we are having Ground Hog meatballs (ham balls), baked sweet potatoes & veggies & dip. For dessert we will have Chocolate Chess pie.
