VEGETABLE DIP

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mayonnaise

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

3/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

This is good with cooked or raw vegetables. We especially like it served with fresh sliced tomatoes.
