The Perfect 'Fluffy' Baked Potato

I love a good baked potato, nice & fluffy on the inside and figured out how to achieve that! This method allows the potato to 'steam' inside, making a nice fluffy baked potato.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Wash & dry potato. If you like the skin soft, coat with olive oil & sprinkle with sea salt, if you like the skin crispy, don't oil the outside.

Do not 'puncture' (can't use the 'usual' word!{#emotions_dlg.laugh}) skin yet!

Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven & reduce oven heat to 350. 'Puncture' top of potato with a fork.

Return to oven and bake 20-30 minutes (depending on size) till done.
