[ Edited ]

Taco Crescent Bake

1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls

2 cups crushed corn chips

1 1/2  pounds ground beef

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 package taco seasoning

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese...grated

Unroll dough. Spread in the bottom of pan. Press the seams of the dough together and go 1 inch up the sides of the pan.

Sprinkle chips on top. Brown beef and drain. Add sauce and seasoning, simmer 5 minutes. Spoon over chips. Top with sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

Sounds like a good thing to serve the football crowd.  Thanks @LilBitMissty.

Some comfort food for sure!  Sounds yummy, and I'd put on a

dollop of sour cream too!

This sounds very good. How small do you crush the corn chips? Doritos or fritos?

Hi....I don't crush them fine.  I have used both fritos and doritos..it's all about what you prefer. Both work well Woman Happy

Too hard to make that decision so I will just try BOTH in one dish!  Woman Wink

@LilBitMissty

I am beyond happy and smiling to 'see' you once again LilBit!

I hope you are well!

As always, thank you for the recipe!  Football season indeed!  I have a major weakness when it comes to Fritos!  I have them once a year only on my birthday...but I may have to break that rule since this sounds delicious!

We always miss you when you are not here @LilBitMissty
