Spoon Bread

8 oz sour cream

1 can cream corn (14 3/4 oz)

1 Jiffy Corn Bread Mix

2 eggs

1 stick margarine

Heat oven to 350*. Melt the margarine in a 9 by 13 inch pan. In a bowl mix the sour cream, corn, and eggs, then stir in the Jiffy mix. Pour over the melted margarine. Bake for 55 min. If you want a firmer spoon bread, use 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix.
