Shepherds Pie recipe Needed!!!

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}I am looking for a tried and true shepherds pie recipe. I tried making one from a website, but the filling was very soupy. My husband had a shepherd pie in Savannah, Ga. at a authentic Irish pub ( owners are from Ireland) and he loved it. From what I remember the meat filling wasn't dry, but it certainly wasn't soupy. Hope someone here can give me a recipe they have tried. I always come to the forum and have never been disappointed.
