Hi,

I was just reviewing the recipes for October and think your Cheesemonger's Mac and Cheese is out of this world. Have you ever made it in a baking dish as opposed to the individual dishes? Also, if you wouldn't make it a day ahead, would you not add the whipping cream? I have to take a dish for our Thanksgiving office luncheon and I think this would be perfect-- not your everyday mac 'n cheese! Thanks for your help!
