The hosts don't post on the forum. You could ask Jacque on her Facebook page. I couldn't find a recipe from Jeanne Bice but I did find one from Temp-tations. Here it is:
Marshmallow Apple Crisp
Dessert
13x9 Baker
Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 50– 60 minutes
9 Granny Smith apples
6 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup oats
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
¾ cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1.Lightly spray your 13x9 temp-tations® baker. Set aside.
2.Peel, core and slice apples into ¼ inch wedges. Spread evenly in the baker.
3.Cover the top with marshmallows.
4.In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or two forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over marshmallows.
5.Bake for 50 – 60 minutes or until apples are tender.
