I make mushroom roll-ups for appetizers (you use thin sliced bread to roll mixture up) it's very time consuming.
A friend of mine told me about Crescent sheets (its canned crescent roll without the perforations). I'm so glad she told me it's wonderful!
The appetizer turns out better but it's like a pinwheel vs. 1" bite size piece. I did Stromboli roll ups with this & they were so quick & easy!
I know there are a tons of things it can be used for!

I use those all the time. You can cut them to fit in the air fryer to make little pizzas. Good for all kinds of appetizers. You can make some little cinnamon rolls etc.

I love the sheets and have made both sweet as well as savory appetizers. I try not to buy too often as the crescents are VERY fattening!!

I've only seen them once - maybe I need to find a bigger store with more choices.
