Heavenly Peach Dessert

2 cups fresh peaches...sliced

2/3 cup sugar

1 angel food cake

2 (9 ounce) tubs Cool Whip

1 small pkg INSTANT vanilla pudding

1 (6 ounce) pkg coconut...frozen

Make vanilla pudding according to directions. In a 9x13 inch pan, crumble cake. add peaches. Sprinkle HALF the coconut over this. Mix together 1 tub Cool Whip and pudding. Pour over peaches and coconut. Shake pan so the pudding sinks through the fruit. Spread other tub of Cool Whip over the top. Sprinkle remaining coconut over the top. This needs to be refrigerated overnight!
