I've read about this but never tried it until last night. It was yummy, fast and I didn't have a whole cake to tempt me!!!

Ingredients:

1 angel food cake mix

1 regular cake mix (any flavor but I used fudge)

Put the two powders together in a gallon ziplock bag and mix them up.

For one serving you take 3 T. of the powder, 2 T. of water and mix in a coffee cup. Microwave for 1 minute on high.

It easily falls out onto a plate. Toppings such as Cool Whip, frosting or fruit is optional.

Keep the bag of mix on hand for whenever you want a small treat.

3-2-1 comes from the 3 T. mix, 2 T. water and 1 minute of microwaving. Easy to remember.
