Google cream cheese spreads. There are hundreds of them; many are easy to make.

A really great spread/dip is one block of cream cheese (softened and whipped with a teaspoon or two of milk) mixed with 1/2 of a jar of Harry and David Pepper Relish.

I love to chop olives (green or black) and stir into cream cheese. Really good on crackers or to make tea sandwiches.

1 pkg. cream cheese

1/4 cup of mayo

1pkg of corned beef (I grind in chopper)

2 green onions chopped finely

a splash of Lee & Perron worcestheshire sauce.

form it into a ball and refrigerate.

1 block softened cream cheese

2 T crushed pineapple, drained

2 T finely minced broccoli florets

1 t dried minced onion flakes

chopped walnuts or pecans for garnish

combine all by hand with spatula or spoon. refrigerate for 1 hr before serving; sprinkle with chopped nuts

adjust amounts to taste; I shape this into a cheeseball at holiday time and roll it in the chopped nuts before serving with crackers

Open a package of cream cheese. Top with Red Pepper Jelly (I buy at Trader Joes) OR pour some Pickapeppa Sauce on top (found on same aisle as Worchestershire or Steak Sauce). Both very good served with crackers. You can also make a cheese ball after combining cream cheese with crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, and chopped green pepper. Shape in a ball and roll in chopped pecans...refrigerate. When firm, enjoy with crackers/crostini.

Love that one. I used to make it all the time when we had a H&D store. Unfortunately, it closed.

Blue cheese with cream cheese and some chives is really good.
