Chicken Log   (Appetizer)

1  (16 ounce) package cream cheese...softened

1 Tablespoon steak sauce

1/2 teaspoon curry

1  1/2  cups COOKED chicken...minced

1/2 cup celery...finely chopped

1 Tablespoon parsley...minced

3/4 cup almonds...chopped

Combine cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder. Beat with mixer til smooth. Stir in chicken, celery and parsley.  Shape into a 9 inch log.  Wrap in wax paper. Chill 4 - hours. Roll log in chopped almonds.  Serve with crackers of your choice.

yum! i used to do something similar  but rolled them into balls and served them on  a thin pretzel stick
