Thanks for posting -- the picture looks good enough to eat all by itself.

 

I have a hard time persuading my taste buds that "Lasagna" doesn't have tomato sauce, but if I think of it as "Layered Chicken Dish" it's a winner.  (I just saw in the bookstore a cookbook called LAYERED, so you're probably leading a new trend.)

I made this Monday when I was off from work and we really liked it.  I used to make a lasagne noodle dish where I rolled up the noodles after filling them with spinach and ricotta cheese and then made a similar cheese sauce to put over them.  That was good too. Thank you for such a delicious recipe.
