Thanks for all the good recipes that you post. I am going shopping this morning and will pick up the broccoli to make these tomorrow. My husband isn't a big veggie eater so the more for me. I appreciate all the recipes you post as I am not a big meat eater- maybe a hamburger or chicken but I do love the vegetable dishes.

I saw on a different blog that someone said they flipped these over after 10 minutes, so they'd be crispy on all sides. It was also posted that someone just blanched the broccoli for one minute in boiling water, then dropped in ice water to shock. Others just formed a ball or log, or they dropped from spoons onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet to bake - no muffin pan needed.  Just wanted to share...

Well shoot,I made these but thought they were missing something spicy I was thinking...just re-read the recipe I think I  ommited the cheese Smiley Sad

Going to try again and use pepper jack cheese.
